Return Policy
-If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return it to Seoulsoul beauty for a fully refund within 14 days of the purchase date. (International shipment – within 20 days)
-Items must be returned together with its unused products, gift and original box.
-To make the process runs smoothly and faster, fill up the form inside of your original box.
-Just send us an email to seoulsoulmaster@gmail.com with your order number,  what item(s) you want to return, subject line ‘Return’ and we’ll get you taken care of.
-Customers should bear any shipping fees for replacements/returns due to 'change of minds'
